As the need for home- and community-based independent living for elders and people with disabilities increases, so does the need for a well-trained workforce of personal care providers. TAPCA aims to be the premier source for personal care training, education and resources in the San Francisco Bay Area. Trainings are provided by experienced trainers, using competency-based materials, and in state-of-the-art training facilities. Our mission is to provide accessible, high-quality training, education and resources for personal care providers and family members who support the elderly and people with disabilities to live independently at home and in the community.
